The homeowner had been patching it for years, but water had already found its way into the insulation below. We stripped it to the deck, replaced the wet insulation, added tapered panels for proper drainage, and finished with a bright white TPO membrane that reflects heat instead of absorbing it. Their upstairs bedroom runs noticeably cooler this summer.
